Purchased Software

Thank you for purchasing our software!

If you purchased a downloadable copy through Paypal, we sent an order confirmation email that contains your 12-character Unique Copy Identifier (UCID) to the email address that you used for your PayPal purchase. If you did not receive your order confirmation email, or if you have any other problems, please contact us. We will be glad to help you out.

If you purchased a CD, the CD should have a twelve-character UCID code printed onto its label. In order to download your software, enter the UCID in the text box below. Do not include dashes or spaces. The most reliable way to enter the UCID is to copy and paste from the confirmation email.

Please keep the UCID. For example, you can enter it on the Registration page of the software, and the software will store it for you. This allows you to replace the software if something happens to it.

In order to download your software, please enter below the Unique Copy Identifier (UCID) that we sent you via email after we processed your purchase.

After your submit this form with the correct information, your browser should ask you whether you wish to open or save the zip file (keep_it_safe_setup.zip or safe_at_home_setup.zip, depending on which product you've purchased).

Note: Some web browsers block pop-up boxes and downloads. In this case, a bar should appear near the top of the page. Click on the bar for instructions on downloading the file.

Save the file to your computer and extract and run the installer file. If your version of Windows is pre-XP, you will need a Zip program, such as WinZip, in order to extract the installer.
